(c) Except for your User Profile password, if applicable, and any financial information (if applicable), you may choose to share, ISPL does not collect any Sensitive Personal Information (“SPI”) in the course of providing the services. SPI means personal information such as your password; physical, physiological and mental health condition; medical records and history; biometric Information, sexual orientation and financial information (such as bank account details or credit card numbers). The SPI collected by ISPL shall not be disclosed without your express consent, save as otherwise set out in this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use or as provided in any agreement between ISPL and you or as required by law. It is clarified that this condition shall not apply to publicly available information, including SPI, in relation to you on the Website.
