Some journeys are measured in seasons, some in results and numbers. But the truly special ones are measured in the people you meet, the bonds you build, the lessons you leave behind and the memories that stay long after the season is over. Your journey with the Mumbai Indians Women’s team has indeed been a special one.

As your current chapter with the Women in Blue and Gold comes to an end, we look back with gratitude for everything you have brought to our #OneFamily. From the dressing room to the dugout, from training sessions to match days, you brought experience, wisdom, positivity and most importantly, a commitment to helping our team learn, adapt and grow. You created an environment where our players could express themselves, learn and give more than their hundred percent on the field.

With your sharp cricketing mind and years of experience at the highest level, you brought a wealth of knowledge to the table. But beyond the game of cricket… It was your energy, warmth and ability to see the bigger picture that made the difference.

There are people who become part of a team…but you Lisa became a part of our story with good conversations, lessons, laughs, good and tough days and all those little moments that shaped our journey.  

As you now embark on a new chapter as Cricket Australia’s National Development Lead, we wish you the very best. Thank you for being a wonderful part of the MI family.
