Swaraj Chavan of Panditrao Agashe School scored a brilliant double hundred to seal a massive 300-run win for his school over Sarhad School in the Pune leg of the Mumbai Indians Junior Cricket Tournament at Desire 1 Ground on Monday.

In the Boys' U-16 category Chavan enthralled with a strokeful 230 in 136 balls to help Agashe plunder 367/2 in 40 overs. Soham Gaikwad also chipped in with 72 runs. Chasing an improbable target, Sarhad School batsmen succumbed under pressure and were restricted to 67 in 14.3 overs.

In another match of the same category, Aadesh Pawar scored an unbeaten ton to help Angel Mickey Minnie School defeat Pune Police Public School by four wickets. Pawar scored 133 runs off 105 balls to take his side home in a chase of 246.

In the U-14 Boys category, Sinhagad City School rode on Soham Joshi's seven-wicket haul to defeat Anglo Urdu Boys High School by eight wickets. Joshi's destructive spell limited Anglo Urdu Boys to 98 all-out in 27.2 overs.

Sinhagad City School chased the score easily in 20 overs with an unbeaten knock of 37 by Ayush Pawar. Om Kamthe also contributed 17 runs at the top.
