The Final against Washington Freedom in Dallas had it all… A fiery start by MINY openers, a challenging 180-run total, bowlers putting their bodies on the line to defend it coz, well, no score is safe enough these days and at the end, breathing a sigh of relief after a nail-biting five-run triumph. 😌

Sure, the campaign didn’t exactly begin with fireworks, but the boys stuck to the grind, trusted the process and brought that classic Mumbai Indians fight to the table. 💪

Polly (317 runs and six wickets), who recently completed 700 T20s in a glittering career, was in his usual beast mode, delivering those signature clutch performances when it mattered the most. Calm under pressure, explosive with the bat, terrific in the field – classic KIERON POLLARD! 😎

…And what can we say about SPEEDSTER Trent Boult!!! The left-arm magician kept the fire burning with some lethal spells and game-changing breakthroughs that had batters shaking, claiming 15 wickets in 12 innings. ⚡⚡

Furthermore, there was one more guy who silently went about his business to finish as the second-highest wicket-taker for our team. The 22-year-old Rushil Ugarkar bagged 11 wickets in eight matches to play an integral role in the title surge.
