घाबरु नका! 🫡 Here’s all you need to know about your tickets, both physical and M-tickets, ahead of our rescheduled fixture versus DC on 21st May.

👉 What’s the changed match date?

The #MIvDC match, initially slated to be played on 15th May 2025, has now been rescheduled to 21st May 2025.

👉 Are my tickets for 15th May still valid for 21st May?

Yes, tickets purchased for 15th May will be automatically valid for the rescheduled match on 21st May. No further action is required.

👉 What if I’m unable to attend on the new date? Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can request a refund during the below 24-hour window:

Start Time: 14th May, 12:00 PM | End Time: 15th May, 12:00 PM

During this time, you can either opt for a refund or confirm that you wish to keep your ticket. You will receive an SMS with detailed instructions within this period.

IMPORTANT: Refunds apply only to entire transactions (all tickets bought together) and all refunds would be processed by BookMyShow.

The refund shall be processed within seven working days of raising the refund request in the original payment method.  Once a refund has been processed, BookMyShow and Mumbai Indians shall have no further liability of any kind.

👉 What if I don’t respond within the 24-hour window?

If the ticket holder doesn’t respond by 15th May, 12:00 PM, it will be assumed that the individual wishes to retain the ticket and the booking will automatically be carried over to 21st May. No refunds will be processed after the 24-hour refund window.

👉 Will my M-ticket be updated with the new date?

Yes, your M-ticket will be automatically updated with the new date. You don’t need to do anything and the updated date will be reflected on your ticket shortly.

👉 I have a physical ticket with the 15th May date printed. Is it still valid?

Yes, physical tickets with the 15th May date will remain valid for the match on 21st May as long as they scan validly at the gate. Physical ticket holders for 15^th May will be able to use the same ticket to scan at the gate and won’t be required to replace the paper tickets.

The refund option will also be available for people holding corporate/physical tickets. Once a refund has been processed, BookMyShow and Mumbai Indians shall have no further liability of any kind.
