…And the cameo guy, our very own NAMAN DHIR, appeared in the post-match press conference and spoke about those two overs that changed the landscape of the first innings scorecard!

“We were trying to keep things quite simple. The wicket was on the slow side, so we were trying to just time the ball rather than muscle it. That's what we practice daily and talking to Polly and Hardik bhai has helped me a lot.

“It felt quite good [On individual performance]. If you perform in the winning cause, it always feels great,” Dhir said.

Moreover, our right-handed batter also praised SKY and TV’s important partnership while praising his conversation with Polly तात्या that has helped him come clutch time and again!

“I can say that Surya and Tilak’s partnership was very critical for us. The ball was turning away. The situation was such that we had to save our wickets. So, that was very clinical batting for both of them. They laid the foundation for the batters coming in after them.

“The conversations with Polly give me a lot of confidence… He has played close to 700 games. Strategic planning for each bowler while watching videos helps me plan my game with him. Thankfully, I was able to execute it well,” Naman concluded.
