10 November 2020 - the night when the city of dreams turned Blue and Gold once again! 💙 The night when we lifted our fifth IPL trophy, stamping our authority as the undisputed champions of the league. 

That night, every Mumbaikar’s heart thumped in sync because this one, oh this one, was truly special. 

Throughout the campaign, it felt like MUMBAI INDIANS meant business. Nine wins out of 14 in the league stage - composed, clinical and dominant. We didn’t just play cricket; we dictated it. 🙌

The supremacy rolled right into the playoffs - first, a thumping 57-run win over Delhi Capitals in Qualifier 1 and then, the grand finale, where we outclassed the same opposition by five wickets to bring home the silverware… ONCE AGAIN. 🏆

Every single player stepped up. For real. It was the perfect symphony of talent, trust & teamwork. But if we had to turn the spotlight, Surya दादा’s elegance with the bat was ABSOLUTE CINEMA! Scoring 480 runs in 15 innings at an average of 40.00, he made sure the middle order never wavered. 

…And the Jassi-Boulty combo? Lethal. Pure annihilation. Together, this duo scalped 52 wickets, terrorising every batting lineup in their path.

All in all, countless memories in the heart, one statement loud and clear: When we play, we create history. ✨
