Will Jacks

Will Jacks was at his explosive best once again, opening the innings for MI London. The stylish batter always looked at home from the very beginning, compiling fluent half tons. The bowlers were always left searching for answers when he was at the crease. One of the most dangerous batters in the world, once he gets going, MI London always had the upper hand. He grabbed the Player of the Match award, making 54 in 41 balls, which included three fours and two huge sixes versus Southern Brave. In the very next game against London Spirit, he accumulated 65 in 44 balls, pelting two sixes and eight boundaries. A hat trick of half tons came for him as he made another great 62 in 31 deliveries, three fours and six sixes, SR-200 against the Supergiants.

Sherfane Rutherford

Sherfane Rutherford brought his trademark Caribbean flair to the Hundred proving once again why he is one of the most destructive batters. Walking in when pressure is at its peak, he has always embraced his role with perfection. He scored 24(18), two fours and one six versus Welsh Fire, another handy 21 in just 12 balls came against Southern Brave, aced with two fours and two sixes, SR-175. His best came playing versus London Spirit with a monster innings of 41 in 19 balls.

Ryan Rickelton

His magical touch always speaks volumes; our very own Ryan Rickelton continues to do well in English conditions. The elegant left-handed batter and wicketkeeper entertained crowds with his fearless stroke play and big hits out of the park. Timing, placement and effortless power describe his performances the best. He started off his campaign for Sunrisers Leeds with a 25 in 16 balls, aced with one four and three sixes. His best came against Southern Brave when he made a quickfire 37(27), with four fours and one six.

Mitchell Santner

Mitch Santner once again proved why he remains one of the most dependable all-rounders in white ball cricket. Calm, composed and always ready to step up when the teams needed him. He chipped in with a brisk three wicket haul for his team, Trent Rockets, versus Welsh Fire, which included seven dots while bowling 20 deliveries. He also contributed with 24(17), and picked one key wicket against Sunrisers Leeds.

Trent Boult

When the new ball was handed to Trent Boult, breakthroughs almost felt inevitable. Striking early, setting the tone with his trademark swing and relentless accuracy paves the path for all the others to follow. His ability to move the ball both ways, forcing batters into playing shots and grabbing timely wickets make him a constant threat to the opposition. His best came for MI London versus Southern Brave, where he grabbed two wickets.

Hayley Matthews

The Caribbean star power at the top always brings big smiles on Paltan’s faces. Known for her explosive starts with the bat, economical spell and electric fielding…Hayley is constantly in the thick of the action. She made 33(22) for MI London against Sunrisers Leeds. She contributed another handy 32(28) and picked 4/22 against Southern Brave.

Amelia Kerr

Amelia’s control through the middle overs with important wickets, her handy contributions with the bat make her extremely crucial in the MI London set up, adding a lot of depth to the squad. The match versus London Spirit ended in a tie, but Amelia’s 49*(32) made a lot of heads turn.

Nicola Carrey

Consistent, reliable and always ready to answer the team’s call. Batting at number four for MI London versus Manchester Super Giants, she contributed 17 runs when the conditions were not the easiest to bat. She continues to add value to the side, picking crucial wickets at important junctures of the game.

Nat Sciver Brunt

NSB continues to add valuable runs, take key wickets and is the safest pair of hands in the field. Playing for Trent Rockets she scored 37(23) against Welsh Fire, then came a vital 33(25) in a close win over the Sunrisers.
