By participating in the  Master Slicer Game  ("the Game"), in accordance with the Contest  Rules published by Indiawin Sports Private Limited/ISPL (which by reference means Mumbai Indians) and accessed through  www.mumbaiindians.com/master-slicer, MI App on Android and iOS and MI’s official social media channels (“the Website or the Platform” as the context so requires) owned/operated by ISPL, the participant/user being any individual who chooses to access and play the Game via the Platform (“Participant”), hereby agrees to be bound by and to abide by the Rules and governing standard terms and conditions as set out below.

A). STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

• APPLICABILITY:
• (i) These standard terms and conditions (‘Standard Terms’) together with the game rules mumbaiindians.com/master-slicer(the 'Rules') shall govern the participation in the Game. In case of any conflict between the Standard Terms and the Rules, the Rules will apply. For ease of reference, the Standard Terms and Rules will collectively be referred to as the ‘Game T&C’.
• (ii) The Game T&C shall apply to the Game, which is hosted by ISPL as a promotional activity in association with Garagepreneurs Internet Private Limited (’slice’), the Principal Partner for Mumbai Indians Team in connection with the 2024 IPL season, on the Website/Platform in relation to the Rights agreement dated 1st January 2022 entered into by the Parties.
• (iii) ISPL and slice reserve the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Game and/or the Game T&C without notice. Any changes to the Game T&C, or cancellation of the Game, will be posted on mumbaiindians.com, MI App and MI’s official social media channels.It is the responsibility of Participants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the Game T&C.
• (iv) In the event of any dispute regarding the Game T&C, the conduct or results of the Game, or any other matter relating to the Game, the decision of: (i) slice will be final in respect of all matters relating to the monetary gratification (i.e. credited to slice account); and (ii) ISPL shall be final and unchallengeable on all other matters, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by slice or ISPL as the case may be.
• ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPANTS:
• (i) EveryParticipant must be above the age of 18 years, holding an Indian passport, and residing within the territorial limits of India. The Participant should not have any criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the Participant from participating in the Contest. Proof of age, if requested, of the Participant, in the must be submitted to ISPL (upon request) to confirm the eligibility of the Participant.   Participants may be required to provide proof of identity and if aged under 18, should be able to demonstrate to ISPL’s satisfaction that their parent/ guardian has given their consent to such Entry.
• (ii) Participant(s) shall provide such information as may be requested by ISPL. Any incomplete submission will be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest. ISPL also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant(s) in case a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Participant at any point in time.
• (iii) Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Rules and/or any of the terms and conditions as set out herein, could lead to ISPL disqualifying that person, without ISPL giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
• (iv) The Participant selected by slice as a “winner” on the sole discretion of slice, should be an existing registered user of ‘slice’ and should have onboarded on slice account(“PPI account”). Participants who have not onboarded on slice account will not be selected as winners, unless he/she downloads the slice app and onboards on slice account.
• CONTEST ENTRIES:
• (i) Neither ISPL, nor any of its group companies nor slice, shall be responsible in the event that the Participant is unable to submit his/her score, due to any network problem, breakdown in machinery or any other technical error of any nature whatsoever. For purposes of the Game T&C, “receipt” of a score occurs when the website server records the score upon the Participant clicking “Submit/Post” button. Any automated receipt confirmation does not constitute proof of actual receipt.
• (ii) The Game is free for participation, at any time during the specified period mentioned below and there is no requirement to make any monetary contribution or purchase in order to enter the Game or access the Website.
• (iii) Unless otherwise stated in the Game T&C, and while the Participant can play the Game an unlimited number of times, it may submit only ‘one’ (1) score per Participant during the day. In the event that ISPL discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the same person has made multiple Entries, only the first Entry shall be considered for selection.
• GRATIFICATION:
• (i) Participants who submit their score for the day, and who meet the above eligibility criteria will get a chance to win INR 1,000 daily on the slice Platform/App, provided selected as a winner by slice.
  • • slice shall select one lucky winner everyday from the eligible pool during the course of the IPL season
  • • The winners will be announced on the slice social media handles on a weekly basis.
• (ii) The Gratification is non-transferable if the Participant refuses to accept/collect the Gratification.
• (iii) Once the score is submitted, the Participant will be required to enter their mobile number. There will a redirection link to join/apply for Slice present there.
• (iv) The entire Gratification process will be the sole discretion of the slice. slice reserves the right to make such changes to the terms for issues of the gratification or terminate at convenience as it may deem necessary. This grant of Gratification by slice will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the Slice App Platform and ISPL will have no liability or obligation whatsoever in relation to the same
• LIABILITY:
• (i) ISPL and slice take no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any Participant in entering and playing the Game, including (without limitation) as a result of any Participant earning or not earning the slice gratification,
• (ii) ISPL and slice accept no responsibility for Scores lost, damaged or delayed due to computer error in transit, network error, server downtime, outages or due to any other reason whatsoever.
• (iii) ISPL and slice accept and shall have no responsibility or liability of any kind, towards the Participants for the crediting of the gratification amount into the account of the Participant. The Participants hereby waive any and all claims, disputes or issues against ISPL and slice in this regard
• DATA PROTECTION
• (i) Any personal information which the Participant submits will be controlled in accordance with ISPL’s privacy policy annexed hereto (“Privacy Policy”) and Indian law governing the same. Such information shall be restricted to the Participant’s name, date of birth and contact details including mobile number and email id (“Personal Information”).
• (ii) The Participant agrees that ISPL, slice and/or any third party authorized by ISPL may use the Participant’s Personal Information (whether or not he/she wins the Contest) for any promotional purpose as set out in the Privacy Policy appended below.  
• (iii) If the Participant has any concerns about providing Personal Information to use or being used as per the Privacy Policy he/she should not access and /or participate in the Game.
• (iv) If requested by ISPL, all Participants unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting the Gratification) to: (a) the use of their name, one or more photographs of themselves upon reasonably request by ISPL and (b) co-operate with or participate in any other reasonable post-Game publicity.
• CONFIDENTIALITY

All Confidential Information of slice shall remain the sole and exclusive property of the slice, and no license, interest or rights (including, without limitation, any Intellectual Property Rights) to the Confidential Information, or any copy, portion or embodiment thereof, is granted or implied.

• GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The Game T&C and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Contest), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Game T&C or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

B). CONTEST TERMS

The rules of the Contest are as follows:

• • The Game will be available to play with a chance to win the gratification between 1^st April 2024 to 26^th May 2024. Any person who wishes to be a Participant shall fulfill all of the Eligibility Requirements mentioned in the Game T&C.
• • The Game will be hosted on mumbaiindians.com/master-slicer, MI App and MI’s official social media channels and will also be promoted via social media posts redirecting users to the microsite hosting the Game.
