Membership FAQ

Can we change/upgrade membership plans?

You can upgrade your membership tier only if you are registered as a Blue Tier member. You can upgrade from Blue Tier to a paid Silver Tier or a paid Gold Tier. If you are a paid Silver Tier Member from 2020 season, you can upgrade to a paid Gold Tier in 2021. Gold tier members from 2020 can renew by paying for the Gold Tier in 2021.

What is the validity of MI Membership?

The validity of all paid membership tiers is till 28th February 2022. Post this date, they will automatically be downgraded to the Blue Tier.

How can I access the fan hub features?

You can access the fan hub features on mumbaiindians.com and the MI app available on Android and iOS

Can I gift a membership to someone else?

Yes, you can gift a Silver and Gold membership to your friends and family. This option is available under " Who are you buying this for?" on the registration form.

Are there any discounts on the paid membership for this season?

Yes, you can subscribe to a Silver or Gold membership at 10% discount. You will now have to pay only Rs 899/- instead of Rs.999/- for Silver Membership and Rs. 2699/- instead of Rs.2999/- for Gold membership.

Where can I see my membership status?

You can check the membership status upon going to your profile OR you can click on the membership button next to the profile icon. Please ensure that you have signed in from the same account via which you have purchased your membership.

Is there a way to track my delivery?

Tracking details will be available on the profile section on mumbaiindians.com once the welcome kit is dispatched. Please ensure that you have signed in from the same account via which you have purchased your membership.

Is there any Exchange or Return policy on the products?

No exchanges or returns would be possible. All product sizes once selected and finalized cannot be overturned.

I have not received verification email. What can I do?

If you are attempting to sign up using a Gmail ID, make sure you check the 'Promotions' tab for the verification email in your inbox. If you have still not received it, you can resend the verification email by going on to sign up form and click on "Resend Verification Email" at the bottom of that page.

My account is locked. What do I do?

If you have entered your password incorrectly several times, we lock your account for security reasons. You can head over to reset your password on sign-in page. Click on Forgot Password link provided, enter your registered email id, where you will receive the mail with reset password link. Reset the password by clicking on the link provided in mail and login to your account.

While trying to login, I am getting an error 'Invalid username & password.' What do I do?

Please double check the email ID and password you have entered. If the error persists, use the Forgot Password option given on sign-in page to reset your account password and login again.

Can I cancel my membership plan?

Once you have registered for any membership you cannot cancel it. However, you can deactivate your account by writing to us at mifamily@mumbaiindians.com Please note there would be no refunds for paid tiers upon cancellation of memberships

I have just upgraded my membership tier. When will the welcome kit be delivered?

Welcome kits will get delivered 4-6 weeks post successful Membership Tier upgradation. Tracking details will be available on the profile section on mumbaiindians.com once the welcome kit is dispatched. Please ensure that you have signed in from the same account via which you have purchased your membership

When and how the winners of any of the contests or quiz are communicated?

There are different contests that are conducted from time to time on mumbaiindians.com and MI's official social media platforms. Winners are usually declared via posts on official social media channel and then contacted personally for further details.
