By participating in the MI Paltan Exclusive Contest (or such other name as ISPL may decide) contest ("the Contest"), in accordance with the Contest Rules published by Indiawin Sports Private Limited/ISPL (which by reference means Mumbai Indians) and accessed through [https://www.mumbaiindians.com/---] ("the Website or the Platform" as the context so requires) owned/operated by ISPL, the participant/user being any individual who chooses to access and partake in the Contest via the Platform ("Participant"), hereby agrees to be bound by and to abide by the Rules and governing standard terms and conditions as set out below .

1. STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
   
   
1. 1) APPLICABILITY::
   1. These standard terms and conditions ('Standard Terms') together with the Contest rules (the 'Rules') shall govern the participation in the Contest;
   2. These Standard Terms shall apply to the Contest, which is hosted by ISPL as a promotional activity with respect to Participants describing what makes them MI's biggest fan, as provided for in these Standard Terms and the Rules.
   3. ISPL reserves the right to cancel or amend all or any part of the Contest and/or the Rules without notice. Any changes to the Rules, or cancellation of the Contest, will be posted on the Website/Platform or may be communicated by ISPL to the Participants in such other appropriate manner as decided by ISPL as per its sole discretion.It is the responsibility of Participants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to the Rules.
   4. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, the conduct or results of the Contest, or any other matter relating to the Contest, the decision of ISPL shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by ISPL.
      
      
2. 2) ELIGIBILTY CRITERIA FOR PARTICIPANTS:
   1. EveryParticipant must be above the age of 18 years, holding an Indian passport and having valid government approved identification as required by ISPL as per its sole discretion (which would include, without limitation, a valid Aadhar card), and residing within the territorial limits of India. The Participant should not have any criminal conviction or an arrangement or a contract that prevents the Participant from participating in the Contest. Proof of age, if requested, of the Participant, in the must be submitted to ISPL (upon request) to confirm the eligibility of the Participant.
   2. Participant(s) shall provide such information as may be requested by ISPL. Any incomplete submission will be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest. ISPL also reserves the right to disqualify a Participant(s) in case a discrepancy is found to exist in the information furnished/provided/stated by the Participant at any point in time.
   3. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that any failure to comply with the Rules and/or any of the terms and conditions as set out herein, could lead to ISPL disqualifying that person, without ISPL giving any reason for such disqualification or granting any opportunity for challenge.
      
      
3. 3) CONTEST ENTRIES:
   1. Neither ISPL, nor any of its group companies, shall be responsible in the event that the Participant is unable to complete a purchase of Mumbai Indians official merchandise via the Platform or in case of the Participant being unable to post and tag their friends on Instagram, due to any network problem, breakdown in machinery or any other technical error of any nature whatsoever. For purposes of the Terms and Conditions, "receipt" of an Entry occurs when the Participant clicking submits/posts and tags their friends on the relevant social media platforms button. Any automated receipt confirmation does not constitute proof of actual receipt.
   2. The Contest shall be entered into by a Participant by clicking the relevant link posted by ISPL on the Platforms and entering the relevant information as sought for by ISPL thereafter, which shall include (without limitation) the Participant's name, email id, mobile no, gender, DOB & pin-code. After entering the relevant information as set forth herein, the Participant shall answer the question "What makes them the biggest MI fan?". Thereafter, ISPL shall, as per its sole discretion, select the best entry as the winner of the Contest, entitling such Participant to the Gratification. ISPL's decision in this regard, shall be final and binding.
      
      
4. 4) GRATIFICATION:
   
   1. Participants who submit their Entry and whose Entry is selected by ISPL as the best entry in accordance with Clause 4 above, will be gratified with one (1) piece of merchandise signed by a Mumbai Indians player from the 2025 MI squad, as determined by ISPL at its sole discretion (“Gratification”). The specific item of merchandise and the player autograph shall be decided by ISPL and will be subject to availability.
   2. The Gratification is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives if the Participant refuses to accept/collect the Gratification.
   3. ISPL will reach out to the winning Participants to verify their information either via phone call and/or email. Upon successful verification, the Gratification will be sent via courier to the address provided by the Participant. ISPL shall not be liable and/or responsible if the prize does not reach the intended address for any reason, including but not limited to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Participant, courier service delays, or unforeseen logistical issues. ISPL will not be responsible for replacing or resending the prize in such cases.
      
      
5. 5) LIABILITY:
   1. ISPL accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any Participant in entering and participating in the Contest.
   2. ISPL accepts no responsibility for Entries lost, damaged or delayed due to computer error in transit, network error, server downtime, outages or due to any other reason whatsoever and the Participants hereby waive any and all claims against ISPL in this regard.
   3. Further the Participant hereby waives and expressly disclaims the liability and/or responsibility to facilitate the meet and greet session as set out above, in case the players are unavailable or in the event the circumstances prevalent at the time, make it unfeasible for the meet and greet to be conducted, as may be reasonably decided by ISPL as per its sole discretion.
      
      
6. 6) DATA PROTECTION:
   1. Any personal information which the Participant submits will be controlled in accordance with ISPL's privacy policy as set out on the Platform/Website ("Privacy Policy") and Indian law governing the same. Such information shall include the Participant's name, date of birth, pincode and contact details including mobile number and email id and social media account details ("Personal Information").
   2. The Participant agrees that ISPL may use the Participant's Personal Information (whether or not he/she wins the Contest) for any promotional purpose as set out in the Privacy Policy set out on the Platforms.
   3. If the Participant has any concerns about providing Personal Information to use or being used as per the Privacy Policy he/she should not access and /or participate in the Contest.
   4. If requested by ISPL, all Participants unconditionally agree (as a condition of accepting the Gratification) to: (a) the use of their name, the Entry made by the Participant, one or more photographs of themselves upon reasonably request by ISPL and (b) co-operate with or participate in any other reasonable post-Contest publicity, and hereby expressly waive any rights that they may have in this regard, in favor of ISPL.
      
      
7. 7) GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

   The Rules and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including the Contest), existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The Courts of Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Contest Rules or their subject matter, existence, negotiation, validity, termination or enforceability (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
   
   

2. CONTEST RULES

   The rules of the Contest are as follows:

   1. 1. Participants must have made a bonafide Entry on the Platforms in the manner as set out above.
   2. 2. Upon making such Entry, the Participants shall be required to answer the question 'What makes them MI's biggest Fan'.
   3. 3. The Participants with the most creative and well worded answers as determined by ISPL per its sole discretion, will be considered by ISPL for the Gratification, subject to the Standard Terms and Conditions, as set out above.
   4. 4. Each Participant shall be allowed only one Entry. Participants found to be attempting to make more than 1 (one) entry (either through other dummy accounts, IP masking, using VPNs or otherwise), shall be liable to have their Entry(ies) disqualified.
   5. 5. The Entry and answer must be the original creation of the Participant and cannot be copied or plagiarized from any other sources. Any such Entry and/or answer found to be in violation of these terms, shall be liable to be disqualified forthwith and shall not be entitled to any form of Gratification whatsoever.
   6. 6. The Participant shall be solely liable for any risks that may be involved with the Participant making an Entry pursuant to the Standard Terms and the Rules and each Participant by virtue of making an Entry here expressly waives and disclaims all liability against ISPL in this regard.
