Indeed, a magical blend of youth and experience wearing blue and gold, scripting unforgettable memories.

Walking down memory lane, let us look at some of MI’s most memorable moments over the years versus KKR:

Ro-Polly show, peak nostalgia (2016)

In 2016, POTM Rohit Sharma notched up an unbeaten 68 not out in 49 balls, with 8 fours and 2 sixes. MI won by 6 wickets, with 12 balls remaining, chasing down 178/4. Kieron Pollard also made 51*(17).

Hardik’s power packed show at Eden (2019)

Hardik Pandya's great knock of 91 in just 34 deliveries in 2019, including 6 fours and 9 sixes made heads turn in the cricketing circuit. MI nearly chased down KKR’s massive 232. HP’s tod-fod domination at the centre gives us goosebumps till date.

Boom Boom claims his maiden 5-wicket haul (2022)

Jasprit Bumrah bowled a magical spell of (5/10) in his 4 overs, the best figures by any bowler versus KKR in IPL 2022 and also the best figures overall that season. JB also picked a sensational triple wicket maiden in the 18th over of that match.

An Ashwini show during MI versus KKR at Wankhede Stadium (2025)

Paltan, Yaad Hai? We witnessed an Ashwani Kumar show at home last year as he bagged the POTM award for his splendid show with the ball (4/24) in 3 overs, becoming the first Indian to take a four-wicket haul on IPL debut. A low scoring encounter where MI won by 8 wickets, chasing down their target 121/2 in just 12.5 overs. Rickelton, was the star with the bat with an unbeaten 62 off 41 balls.
