Rohit to lead Paltan’s All-Time MI XI

Thousands of Mumbai Indians’ fans recently participated in ‘Paltan’s All-Time MI XI’ powered by Marriott Bonvoy where they got together to pick their favourite 11 cricketers from a vast list of 147 players who’ve represented the franchise since 2008. Registered fans got an opportunity to pick and submit their all-time MI XI teams on mumbaiindians.com.

Here’s the list of the players who made it to the Paltan’s All-Time MI XI:

Rohit Sharma (Captain)

Featured in 100% of fan’s teams

A total of 3728 runs with the bat for MI and four IPL trophies as the skipper, Rohit Sharma has paved his way as an all-time great. There were no surprises as Hitman was the unanimous choice and was the most picked player during this activity.

Sachin Tendulkar

Featured in 88% of fan’s teams

An aggregate of 2334 runs in the first six seasons, Sachin Tendulkar began his MI journey as MI’s Icon player. The Master Blaster remains to be the only MI cricketer to have won the Orange Cap and was a popular choice in the XI.

Quinton de Kock (Wicketkeeper)
