Women’s T20 World Cup 2026: Schedule is here! Mark your calendars

The three-week extravaganza is here. And so are our Girls in Blue, ready to bring home the double. The schedule for the Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 has been announced, with the twelve-team tournament set to be played in England at the start of the season. The teams would be divided into two groups of six teams each. All teams within a group will play each other and the top two sides from each group would make it to the semi-finals.

Group 1: Australia, South Africa, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Netherlands

Group 2: West Indies, England, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland

The tournament is set to kickstart at Edgbaston in Birmingham on 12th June with hosts England taking on Sri Lanka. The spicy India-Pakistan contest is what will set the ball rolling for Kaptaan Kaur and girls, scheduled for 14th June, also to be played at Edgbaston. Both semi-finals are set to be played at The Oval, followed by the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground hosting the Final on July 5.
