Debuts don’t get much sweeter. With a fine 30-ball 41 while finishing the innings for India against South Africa, leading to a Player of the Match award, Amanjot Kaur announced her arrival to the world immediately. Representing the Chandigarh Women side in the Indian domestic circuit, her impressive performances in the Senior Women’s One Day Challenger Trophy during the 2021 and the 2022 seasons catapulted her into the national side. As a middle-order batter and a wily medium pacer who specializes in bowling the death overs, she’s going to love smashing those big ones in the company of the senior Kaur.
