About Vishnu
Kerala’s wicketkeeper-batter Vishnu Vinod arrived at MI with one noted attribute - versatility. His repertoire of big hitting at the junior, youth, under-23 and under-25 levels for his state team shone through at the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy (363 runs in 8 games, SMAT 2023) and Ranji Trophy (198 runs in 5 matches, Ranji Trophy 2024).
While his first taste of IPL cricket came with RCB in the 2017 edition, followed by stints with Delhi Capitals and Sunrisers Hyderabad, Agent Vinod gave us a glimpse of his composed hitting skills with a 20-ball 30 in the victorious game against Gujarat Titans on his MI debut in 2023.
Going into the 2024 campaign, Vishnu Vinod is now poised to shine with the bat and behind the stumps.
