Debuts don't get much sweeter. With a fine 30-ball 41 while finishing the innings for India against South Africa, leading to a Player of the Match award, Amanjot Kaur announced her arrival to the world immediately. Representing the Chandigarh Women side in the Indian domestic circuit, her impressive performances in the Senior Women's One Day Challenger Trophy during the 2021 and the 2022 seasons catapulted her into the national side.
As a middle-order batter and a wily medium pacer who specializes in bowling the death overs, she was the breakout star of the 2025 WPL, finishing matches from the dead for Mumbai Indians, and grabbing the Emerging Player of the Season award. Fresh from a stellar run in the 2025 ODI World Cup, where her juggling catch to dismiss Laura Wolvaardt has gone down in Indian cricketing folklore, she is all set to take her performances up a notch in the Blue and Gold!
