The wait is finally over! The Mum-BOYS are back - with a renewed vision and revitalized hunger to challenge for IPL glory. 

A few members of the Class of 2024 arrived with a broad smile on Sunday, looking forward to meeting the new recruits - including our ‘Karate Kid’ Gerald Coetzee. Also joining the arrival of the players were the support staff - led by our head coach Mark Boucher and MI icon Lasith Malinga, our new bowling coach. 

Besides Coetzee, the likes of Anshul Kamboj, Shivalik Sharma and Shreyas Gopal (back in the MI camp after six years) were seen in the Blue and Gold training stripes for the first time. They teamed up with the returning Arjun Tendulkar, Vishnu Vinod, and Akash Madhwal as the bid to build the ‘MI mentality’ begins. 

Also, the Paltan were treated with the arrival of our captain Hardik Pandya - who didn’t waste any time and took to the nets to begin his preparations for Mission IPL 2024. 

The intense training sessions at the Cricket Club of India (Mumbai), with the players sweating it out to get into the IPL mode and engage in fun yet important conversations with the coaching team has only raised our excitement levels of what to expect in the upcoming campaign.
