IPL 2021 extends a warm welcome to fans in the stadium

After a season and a half of not having fans in the stadium, the crowd will finally be making a much awaited comeback when IPL 2021 resumes in UAE on September 19, 2021 in Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

As per the media advisory given by the Indian Premier League on 15th September, 2021, this match will mark the fans coming back to the stadium to cheer for their teams after not being allowed in due to the COVID-19 situation across the globe.

For the first match on Sunday, between five-time champions Mumbai Indians and their arch nemesis and three-time champions Chennai Super Kings, the tickets will be sold on the official IPL website,, or on

To ensure all the safety measures are taken amid the pandemic, the management has arranged for only limited seating to be available throughout the tournament.

The teams will play at Sharjah, Abu Dhabi and Dubai for the remainder of the IPL 2021 season.

It would be exciting to have our Paltan back in the stadiums, cheering for the players and bringing back the much needed positive vibe and energy that only the fans can bring!
