Quinton de Kock joins training in Abu Dhabi

By Mumbai Indians

Quinton de Kock who completed his mandatory quarantine period in the team hotel, was back in action, this time at the Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi.

The wicketkeeper-batsman was the highest run-scorer for MI in their victorious campaign last season. He scored 529 runs in the tournament which included four half-centuries.

The 27-year-old has been on a high recently, right from his batting form to his ascendancy to the leadership role for the Proteas. He was also named as SA Men's Cricketer Of The Year.

The South African cricketer hasn't played a single game since the ODI series against Australia in March. His form at the top-order will be crucial for MI's fortunes in the upcoming season.
