WPL 2024 is here: The 'Champion' MI squad arrive!

By Mumbai Indians

14 days. Two weeks. Half a February. It’s hard to believe it’s been almost a year already since Mumbai Indians lifted the inaugural Women’s Premier League Trophy. But it’s time to defend our crown!

And thus, as we count down to the 23rd of February, when the action will begin at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, with MI kicking things off against the Delhi Capitals in a replay of last year’s final, THE ARRIVALS HAVE BEGUN!

The first lot of our Batch of 2024 are here for the pre-season training and fun with our coaches, and we cannot wait to get the ball rolling. Jintimani Kalita, fresh off a wonderful domestic season, Saika Ishaque, fresh from bagging an India cap, Fatima Jaffer, aapli Mumbaichi rising star, S Sajana and B Keerthana, her fellow new joinees in our #OneFamily, along with the seasoned pro in Amanjot Kaur have all checked in. As have our Gurus, the ever-smiling quadro of Charlotte Edwards, Jhulan Goswami, Lydia Greenway and Devieka Palshikaar.

Let the nets begin!
