AUSvIND, 3rd T20I: India win in Hobart to level the series 1-1

By Mumbai Indians

Winning the toss and electing to bowl first, India's bowlers kept making breakthroughs despite the hosts' aggressive batting approach, restricting them to 186/6.

Here's how India wrapped up a memorable win in Hobart:

Arshdeep Singh's Wicket-filled return

Marking his return to the XI, Arshdeep Singh wasted no time as he dismissed Travis Head and Josh Inglis early on to give India the impetus with the ball.

Despite Australia's aggressive batting approach, the Indian bowlers put in a spirited effort to restrict the hosts to 186/6 in favourable batting conditions.

Washington Sundar stars with the bat

In the chase, intent from the Indian batters was clear as the runs kept on flowing, but it was Washington Sundar's stroke-filled 49* which ensured India level the series 1-1 with a 5-wicket victory in Hobart.

India will now travel to the Gold Coast for their next game on 6th November.
